Asuhan Kebidanan Esensial Pada Ny. N Usia 27 Tahun G2 P1 A0 Usia Kehamilan 13 Minggu 4 Hari dengan Hipertensi Gestasional Dan Overweight di Kota Balikpapan Tahun 2024

Abstract

Lack of maternal knowledge about excess weight gain during pregnancy is the cause of Preeclampsia due to Overweight. Essential midwifery care is one way to reduce AKI and AKB, especially in Balikpapan. The purpose of this essential care is given to pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, neonates and family planning with Varney and SOAP management. This care began in the first trimester on gestational age 13 weeks 4 days for Mrs. N through a case study with data collection techniques, observations, interviews and physical examinations. Pregnancy visits were carried out 6 times, childbirth 1 time, postpartum 3 times, BBL 3 times, birth control 1 time. During pregnancy, the mother experienced weight gain so that at the first visit it caused gestational hypertension, the third trimester visit found that the mother's weight was increasing so that it still caused overweight, when the leopold position of the fetus was located at latitude so that the delivery process was carried out by Sectio Caesarea with preterm gestational age. Postpartum visits and BBL are in normal condition for mothers and babies. At the birth control visit, the mother had an ultrasound of the position of the IUD Post Placenta. All are within normal limits and are expected to be applied by clients so as to reduce AKI and AKB.
