Abstract

Essential midwifery care is provided to clients during pregnancy, delivery of newborns (neonates), postpartum and family planning .  Mrs. A  obtained from the results of the examination that Poedji Rochjati's score was 6, 2 with the initial score of pregnant women and 4 with a history of hypertension.The aim of the research is to carry midwifery care and the benefits from the results of this research provide knowledge, analytical skills, develop scientific thinking patterns and experience for researchers.

        Case study was using the Varney midwifery management and Midwifery SOAP. Research subject Mrs. A G1P0A0 Gestational age 13 weeks 1 day physiologically. Data collection techniques  observation, interviews, physical examination and documentation. Descriptive data analysis using  Essential Midwifery Care approach according midwife authority, research time 20 October 2024 -6 October 2024.

         The results of Mrs. research. A,  a history of hypertension and  examination with the results of TD: 130/80 mmHg, Lila: 28 cm, height 145.5 cm, weight gain during pregnancy 10 kg.  The birth of Mrs. A underwent a caesarean section operation. On BBL. PB/BB: 46cm/2740gram.  postpartum , uterine involution normal, lochea normal and there are signs of surgical wound infection. Mother decided to use IUD contraception.
