GAMBARAN PEMUSNAHAN BERKAS REKAM MEDIS INAKTIF DI RSIA ASIH KOTA BALIKPAPAN

Abstract

Based on the initial observations that the researcher has made at RSIA ASIH KOTA BALIKPAPAN in the medical records section, the author can see that there is a problem in the form of inactive medical record files that have accumulated and been exposed to water. The inactive medical record file has not been stored and is also well organized. This study aims to find out the picture of the destruction of inactive medical record files at Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi Hospital.
In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach of the descriptive type. The data was obtained by the author through interviews and also observations at the research site. The location of this study was carried out in the medical record section of RSI Ibnu Sina Bukittinggi.The time of the study was carried out on May 1-9, 2021. The informants in the study were staff at the medical record department of RSIA ASIH KOTA BALIKPAPAN, totaling 2 people.
