Abstract

Surgery or operative procedures, whether elective or emergency, are complex, stressful events that can cause a person's anxiety. Anxiety is a natural thing that occurs during pre-surgery which is influenced by the subconscious and the specific reason is not known. One of the factors that influences a person's level of anxiety during pre-surgery is the caring service provided by the Anesthetist.
